Talluah's Family

Remember our rescued cat, from last fall, Talluah. We just descovered last week that she had kittens...We're guessing they're about four to six weeks old.
This is the only kitten I've been able to photograph, we've seen two orange tabby kittens that also have the same blue/gray eyes. We love our cat, but unfortunately Rob and Hunter are allergic to cats which is why Talluah is an outside cat. Soooo if anyone is looking for a kitten please help these beautiful babies out.

Pooh's Sew Sweet...

Cute right? Well not sew much fun to make.

The bib was a piece of cake...

The booties, that's a different story.

The price of fabric less than $5, the patterns for the bib and booties free, time involved maybe a hour for the bib and two hours for the booties. Love invested, priceless.

Seams "Not" Sew Sweet???

Can you guess what MacRae thinks about her new pillowcase dress?

Sydney is surprisingly pleased with her pillowcase top, YEAH!!!

Talk about a complete role reversal. MacRae was so excited for me to make something else for her, you could have fooled me by these pictures.

MacRae said she wasn't going to wear her dress.

I tried the guilt card and pouting with MacRae, we'll see tomorrow if she going to wear it.

On to my next mission...

Seams Sew Sweet!!!

Okay, okay, I know I've been a slacker when it comes to my blog, I've been busy sewing for the kids. Here is what I created.

Now that MacRae is getting older I can actually finish a project in one sitting.

Hunter's camouflage pillow.

MacRae's bandana top.
I'm glad MacRae is still young enough to appreciate wearing my CRAFTASTIC or craptastic masterpieces. Sydney's above wearing something her mother made.

It's funny but I remember telling my mama I didn't like yellow, just because I didn't want to wear something she made. The truth of the matter is yellow is one of my favorite colors.

I let the girls choose fabric today for the next project, a pillowcase dress or pillowcase top. I hope it's befitting of Sydney.

Check back to see how they turn out.
